All orders ship from Hong Kong. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and Hong Kong public holidays.

A tracking number is provided after dispatch. Most parcels are handled by Hong Kong Post, so tracking appears on the Hong Kong site first, then on your local postal website. You can also track with your order number and email or phone number.

Standard shipping is passed from Hong Kong Post (e-Express) to your local postal service for final delivery. Door-to-door delivery is not guaranteed. For delivery to your door, please choose ARAMEX or EMS.

■ Toric (Astigmatism), Multifocal & (+) Power Lenses Take Longer

Because of the wide range of prescription combinations (power, cylinder, axis, ADD), we cannot keep every prescription in stock. These lenses are ordered individually after purchase.

  • Stock confirmation takes an extra 4–5 business days
  • Depending on availability, it may take up to one week
  • If we cannot supply within that time, we will contact you individually — with an estimated restock date.

■ Customs Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility. If your local customs office contacts you when the parcel arrives, the assessed charges must be paid by you.

Ezylens has no control over the duties and taxes imposed by the destination country, and these charges are not calculated or collected at checkout. If you are unsure about your duty-free allowance, please check with your local customs office before ordering.

Ordering from South Korea — list-based clearance (목록통관)
If the goods are imported for personal use and valued at US$150 or less (US$200 for US-origin goods), import declaration is waived under Korea's list-based clearance system and no duties or VAT apply. Please enter your Personal Customs Clearance Code (개인통관고유부호) when ordering.

■ Please Note

  • If your parcel has not arrived within 3 months of dispatch, please contact us immediately. After 3 months, tracking is no longer possible and we are unable to take responsibility for the delivery.
  • We are not obliged to refund parcels seized or confiscated by customs, or deliveries that fail due to local regulations or circumstances.
  • Singapore orders of more than 8 boxes or above HK$1,200 may be split into two parcels.
  • In case of any discrepancy between language versions, the English version shall prevail.
