With cross-border restriction and social distancing protocols, our parcels are experiencing slight delays. Please rest assure that we are also working hard to make sure your orders are shipped out asap.

Tracking number will always be provided afterwards so you can easily track your orders. Please be reminded that we ship majority of our orders through Hong Kong Postal service and tracking information are first updated on HK website before they are updated on your local postal websites.

Toric (Astigmatism), Multifocal, (+) Power lenses require longer handling time as they have to be specially ordered. (might takes 2~6 weeks, if no ready stock available).

Please allow an extra 4-5 working days before we can ship them out to you. If in case they take longer, we will advise you when would be the expected delivery time.

*Standard Shipping is shipped via e-Express from Hong Kong Postal Services and is handed to receivers local postal services to be dispatched for delivery. This is NOT guaranteed door-to-door services and if you wish to receive them to your door, please use EMS Shipping.

For our customers in Singapore, we may consider to split orders into two parcels if the contact lens quantity exceeds eight boxes and the value is over HKD1200.

Please note that if your parcel has not been delivered within 3 months of the shipping date, it is essential that you contact us immediately. After this timeframe, we will be unable to trace your parcel and cannot take responsibility for its delivery.

Customs, Taxes, and Import Duties

Please note that you are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and taxes that may be due at the time of or after delivery. Ezylens has no control over the charges levied by the destination country. These fees are not calculated or applied to your order at checkout. If you are unsure of potential costs, please contact your local customs office for more information.

In the event that your parcel is held or confiscated by customs, or if delivery is unsuccessful due to local environmental or regulatory factors, we are under no obligation to issue a refund.
