Refund policy

Return and Exchange:

At ezylens we guarantee the quality and authenticity of our contact lens products 100%. If you  are not happy with your purchase, you are free to contact our customer service center at info@ezylens.co within 14 days of your purchase.

All returns must be unopened, unmarked and in the exact condition they arrived in order to be eligible for return. Kindly note that we reserve the right to refuse any return request if they do not meet eligibility :

-Any opened, marked, used products

-After 7 days from order delivered note

-Products with special sale conditions

Please note that we do not cover return shipping fees for unwanted (change of mind) items. All refunds can be in form of Gift Card (as store credit) that can be used for your next purchase.

Cancellation and Refund Fee:

Once the payment is made, a cancellation fee of HKD100 will be applied if customer wish to get the Cash return.

Discrepancies or defects?

Please inform us within 24 hours upon receiving your products for any package/order discrepancies or defects.

 

*Any items must be received back to our warehouse before we issue out the Gift Card (as store credit).

In case of any disputes, the decision of Ezylens shall be final.
