Why I have given 4 stars is bcos of the delivery time

Your order, placed on Friday, 5/Sep at 11:19 PM, was processed the following Monday (8/Sep)due to no weekend operations. The parcel was dispatched the next day, which is on 09/Sep, which is within our standard preparation time.

The estimated transport time from Hong Kong to Singapore is 7-10 days for E-express service from the Hong Kong Post Office. We checked that the Singapore Post has delivered your parcel on 15/Sep.
