Why I have given 4 stars is bcos of the delivery time
Dear Customer,
Thank you for your order and your rating.
Your order, placed on Friday, 5/Sep at 11:19 PM, was processed the following Monday (8/Sep)due to no weekend operations. The parcel was dispatched the next day, which is on 09/Sep, which is within our standard preparation time.
The estimated transport time from Hong Kong to Singapore is 7-10 days for E-express service from the Hong Kong Post Office. We checked that the Singapore Post has delivered your parcel on 15/Sep.
We hope to earn a 5-star rating on your next order. Please understand that we cannot control the postal delivery time unless customers opt for Speedpost service(3-5 days). We are committed to improving our services.
Thank you and Best Regards

So much cheaper than retail, will continue to purchase!
Came across this website from their Facebook page, pretty impressed with the friendly service and quick response. My order took slightly longer than a week to arrive and are neatly packed 💕 will restock again when needed. Recommended
