As a first-time purchaser, this has been a very positive experience for me. Throughout the entire process, including after-sales service (overseas), Annie and her team provided excellent support. Even when I encountered an issue with different brands after placing my order and had to deal with a refund and exchange for the first time, I felt quite worried at the time. However, the outcome exceeded my expectations.
